growth is a process of unceasing emergence...

Ever since I started my own healing process in my early 20s, I have been a committed student of psychology, spirituality, and more importantly, the discovery of the intersections in between. This early passion led me back to school to study psychology, and from there, I went on to earn a Masters in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness. My healing process continued to unfold alongside my studies and I came to understand humanity’s role in the healing of our planet. I discovered the connection between remembering our roots, turning toward our pain, and discovering the intrinsic gifts and capacities that lie within us. I relied heavily and wholeheartedly on the Earth to hold me through transformations both big and small, and I discovered the wisdom rooted in and communicated through my body.

All these pieces and more came together to create the frameworks that guide my work with others. My deepest and most profound learning has come through my own experience of healing, and the wisdom I’ve garnered through unexpected sources: the cosmos, the Earth, my body. This wisdom flows invisibly within and around us, and I believe there are ways to tap into this wisdom in order to help us heal, grow, and evolve ourselves toward unimaginable possibilities.

Following the breadcrumbs that have emerged within and around me, I am now pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Collective Trauma and Social Healing. It’s my belief that this wisdom is guiding me toward a deeper understanding of our human potential, and the innate healing processes that we hold within.
