Drum Journeys are a powerful method of active imagination used by different cultures throughout time. Join our circle as we drop in together and use the steady beat of a drum to explore our inner landscapes and receive wisdom from our guides. No previous experience is necessary. We will teach you!

Lee Granas is a current PhD Candidate at the California Institute of Integral Studies in the East-West Psychology department. Lee’s dissertation focuses on drum journey imagery in modern Western containers. Lee completed her MA in East-West Psychology at CIIS in 2020. Lee graduated from a 16-month Shamanic Training Program in San Francisco (The Shaman’s Way) in 2017, focusing on drum journey modalities. Lee has been teaching drum journey workshops for 7 years.  


Sally Haskins explores topics in the evolution of human growth and consciousness. She earned her MA in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness at CIIS, and is now pursuing a PhD in psychology focusing on somatic therapies for collective trauma and social healing. Sally is a long-time yoga teacher and has been facilitating group healing for several years. Sally is in awe of and welcomes all aspects of the human experience, in all its depth and levity, and brings those qualities to her work with others.​​
