"Be patient, for there is certainly specific work waiting for you. Or did you think that the universe went to twenty billion years of work to create you if there was not a particular function that you—and only you—could do? The creative powers residing in you will be evoked in time for the work they were created for."

Yoga Privates
(In Person + Online)
I offer restorative yoga privates that assist you in slowing down, making contact, and finding a sense of ease within your body. These sessions are cultivated to meet your unique needs, where we can utilize the practice to focus on anything from physical asana to emotional tending, nervous system regulation, breath work and meditation. I offer hands-on touch when appropriate and always with your consent.
I teach privates online, in San Anselmo, or at your home in Marin. Email for additional info.
Embodiment Class
(In Person)
Embodiment is a group practice that weaves together narrative, embodied practice, and sensorial experience in the exploration of what it means to be a human member of our planetary community during a time that calls for a radical new way of being. Western culture has contributed to an immense disconnect from our bodies, the Earth, and our deep web of relations, and it is ultimately this disconnect that is responsible for much of the harm and suffering occurring all across the planet. When we slow down and learn to listen to the ways in which our bodies are constantly communicating, we can access a living, breathing intelligence, whose sentience stems from the primordial powers of the cosmos itself. This intelligence, when felt, offers us the wisdom necessary to help us rediscover the ways in which we can live well and in right relationship with ourselves, each other, and our more-than-human relations.
This practice involves time spent in an inward, meditative inquiry, punctuated by moments of sharing and group connection. Sharing is always optional and never expected. This practice serves those who are looking for deeper meaning, purpose, connection and belonging specifically in relation to the uncertainty of our times. No yoga experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.

Upcoming Offerings
Below are offerings that are planned for 2027. Feel free to email me your interest, which will help me prioritize when to offer what.
Workshop:
Discovering innate belonging in the story of the universe
(In Person)
Around the world, we are witnessing our planet’s sixth mass extinction and the cascading impact of ecological and social breakdown. Critical thinkers and spiritual leaders of our time, such as Thomas Berry and Joanna Macy, have suggested that what we are facing globally is not an issue of technology or politics, but instead a crisis of story—a collective amnesia about our species emergence and role within the greater web of life. It is a spiritual crisis, one that calls new ways of knowing, being, and relating with one another.
This workshop aims to open the imagination and offer new ways of perceiving ourselves, our origins, and our human potential. Humans are the next emergent frontier of a near 14 billion year cosmic adventure. We have the power to become mutually-enhancing members of our planetary community. Each one of us offers invaluable gifts, a sacred purpose needed by the communities in which we offer ourselves. If any of these ideas intrigue or resonate with you, this workshop will offer an opening, a deepening, and an embodiment of these concepts, supporting your journey in becoming an agent for cultural transformation.
This workshop includes body-awareness, guided meditation and group discussion to support the new experiences of belonging, meaning, and purpose. The hope is that, by the end of this workshop, you will leave with some expanded sense of worldview—who you are, where you come from, and what it is that you were made to do.
Sally earned her MA from CIIS studying Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness and is currently working on her doctorate at Meridian University, writing a dissertation on Eco-Somatic Attunement. She has spent many years immersed in the perspectives she teaches and aims to offer them in a down-to-earth, playful, and experiential way. If reading this description evoked some bodily sense of curiosity, longing, pull, or that feeling you just can’t quite name—this might be for you!
Eco-Somatic Sangha
(OnLine)
This practice is a chance to come together in weekly fellowship to practice listening through the body for our own inner wisdom and guidance. Embodied listening is a practice that eventually becomes a way of being where the intelligence of the body is understood as the intelligence of the Earth, offering us a trusted inner compass that supports our growth, healing, and psycho-spiritual maturation. These groups meet weekly on zoom (with potential to meet in person as local interest grows) and consist of group sharing and connection, nervous system regulation, embodied meditation and somatic inquiry.
Somatic Literacy for teens
(In Person)
AI is an emergent technology that is evolving faster than we are able to discern our boundaries, ethics, and literacies around it. One thing I’ve noticed, both in myself and in the teens I’ve worked with, is how easy it is to outsource our inner wisdom to AI. While this strategy offers us a sense of immediate gratification and certainty, it robs us of sitting with the discomfort of the unknown, learning to listen to our own body’s signals and messages, and reaching toward solutions that are genuinely unique and creative. This is especially problematic for young people who have not yet had a chance to develop these capacities outside of technological innovation. This group supports teens in developing the capacity to listen to their own inner intelligence, a skill that is becoming increasingly more rare in our world today.
The Circle
(In Person)
The Circle is a community gathering where we will practice Soma Mundi’s approach to deep ecological listening. By deepening into our own inner worlds—our feelings and longings—we touch into the feelings and longings of the outer world. This process enhances our sense of self-in-other, awakens our compassion, and creates a space where wisdom might emerge to help guide us toward deeper belonging in the greater web of being. You can expect heart-centered reflection and sharing, body-centered mindfulness, and group witnessing in a low-pressure, always optional, warm and supportive community environment.
*The Circle is the newest edition to Soma Mundi offerings. Seeking group of 6 to begin. Email if interested in joining the first cohort.
