Offerings
I have put a pause on my spiritual counseling offerings while I am in school. In the meantime, I am still offering yoga privates as well as group classes in San Anselmo.
Group Class at Home Yoga | Mondays @ 12pm

Come explore the vast terrain that is your inner landscape! In this class, we use breath and movement to awaken the senses and turn inward to listen to the body’s intelligence. Alignment helps us organize ourselves in a way that shakes the dust and activates our awareness. The restorative postures help us, then, to slow down, settle in, and sink into our own skin. Through this gentle process of self-witnessing, we gain a deeper understanding of our own psychology, and over time, we cultivate an interior life defined by self-awareness, sensitivity, creativity, and joy!
Yoga Privates

I teach yoga and embodiment practices catered to fit you! I currently offer privates in and around Marin, CA. To learn more, please give me a call or email me. Looking forward to hearing from you!
"Be patient, for there is certainly specific work waiting for you. Or did you think the universe went through 14 billion years of work to create you if there was not a particular function that you—and only you—could do? The creative powers residing in you will be evoked in time for the work they were created for."
