Psycho-Spiritual Counseling
Whatever challenges you're facing or hardship that lies ahead, I encourage you to view these struggles not as problems to get rid of, but instead, as wise invitations toward a deeper sense of Self and meaningful purpose. Experiences related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, discontent, and more arise within our awareness to direct us down our paths of healing and wholing.

In my work with clients, we explore these invitations through the body to access the unconscious material that informs our lives. Everything we might need to heal is already present within the sensory experience of your body --- wisdom, insights, memories, feelings, gifts, potentials, and inner resources. Together, we will discover the ways in which you organize your patterning, and explore new options for how you might move forward from a sense of awareness, agency, and connection.

I work with folks ages 16 and up. I am likely a good fit for those who've done therapy before and/or are comfortable working on a more somatic level, following their own inner wisdom, rather than my advice or analysis. For this reason, I view myself as a guide on the side, where I trust that you are the expert of your own experience. Additionally, given the mounting levels of hatred, divisiveness, and political, social, and ecological upheaval across the globe, my sessions might feel like a welcome sanctuary for those who feel deeply affected by the suffering of our world.

All sessions offered via zoom. Email to set up a consult and talk next steps!

"Be patient, for there is certainly specific work waiting for you. Or did you think the universe went through 14 billion years of work to create you if there was not a particular function that you—and only you—could do? The creative powers residing in you will be evoked in time for the work they were created for."
