Psychospiritual Counseling

Whatever challenges you're facing or hardship that lies ahead, I encourage you to view these struggles not as problems to get rid of, but instead, as wise invitations toward a deeper sense of Self and meaningful purpose. Issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, discontent, and more arise within our being to direct us down our paths of healing and wholing.

In my work with clients, we explore these invitations through the body to access the unconscious material that informs our lives. It is here where we learn how we organize ourselves, and here where we are also presented with new options for how to move forward. Within our body’s blueprint, everything we need is already there. Our task is to learn how to unearth our embodied wisdom and resources in order to choose the life that is unfolding before us.

In addition to our healing work together, I offer lots of insights and practices to help you not only heal, but also grow along the path of your personal destiny. Healing and personal maturation is one of the most profound journeys you will ever embark on, and it is a joy to be a witness for others. It would be an honor to help support you wherever you are on your path.

I offer sessions online. Email me to set up a free 20 minute consult.

"Be patient, for there is certainly specific work waiting for you. Or did you think the universe went through 14 billion years of work to create you if there was not a particular function that you—and only you—could do? The creative powers residing in you will be evoked in time for the work they were created for."

My work is informed by...

  • Depth Hypnosis is a powerful modality that combines transpersonal psychology, shamanism, Buddhism, and hypnotherapy to help clients reclaim and reintegrate the parts of themselves that have been lost due to trauma

  • Hakomi is a body-centered, experiential therapy that uses mindfulness in order to explore and bring consciousness to the client’s ways of organizing themself

  • Process Work is a transdisciplinary approach that is rooted in following the flow of nature to help us resolve issues of the self, community, and the world

  • Yoga Bodywork: After teaching yoga for more than a decade, I utilize the practice to help establish mindfulness and create the conditions to explore our inner terrain
