Embodiment
Embodiment is a group practice that weaves together narrative, embodied practice, and sensorial experience in the exploration of what it means to be a human member of our planetary community during a time that calls for a radical new way of being. Western culture has contributed to an immense disconnect from our bodies, the Earth, and our deep web of relations, and it is ultimately this disconnect that is responsible for much of the harm and suffering occurring all across the planet. When we slow down and learn to listen to the ways in which our bodies are constantly communicating, we can access a living, breathing intelligence, whose sentience stems from the primordial powers of the cosmos itself. This intelligence, when felt, offers us the wisdom necessary to help us rediscover the ways in which we can live well and in right relationship with ourselves, each other, and our more-than-human relations.
This practice involves time spent in an inward, meditative inquiry, punctuated by moments of sharing and group connection. Sharing is always optional and never expected. This practice serves those who are looking for deeper meaning, purpose, connection and belonging specifically in relation to the uncertainty of our times. No yoga experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.

Mondays at 12pm | Home Yoga Studio, San Anselmo
This yoga class aims to support your nervous system by slowing down and syncing up with your body’s natural rhythms in order to create a felt-sense of ease, steadiness, and resilience throughout the body. Each class incorporates mindful meditation to situate your awareness inward, followed by simple, rhythmic movement synchronized with breath, and ending with a restorative posture and optional hands-on touch. The entire arc of the class will help you to unwind stored tensions and cultivate an ever-deepening still and quiet place within.
Community Meditation
Wednesdays at 7:15pm | Home Yoga Studio, San Anselmo
Join me weekly for evening meditation to support you in slowing down, turning inward, reconnecting with yourself and dropping into community.
Practice includes guided meditation, active imagination, as well as a chance to reflect on and share your experience with others. Together, we'll explore mindfulness practices using the breath, body, and other anchors to cultivate presence, awareness, compassion, and new perspectives. This is an invitation to meet your experience just as it is, with curiosity, kindness, and without judgment.
These evenings offer a gentle way to cultivate simple, accessible practices that can be woven into your everyday life. No prior meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.
