Listening Circles
Eco-Somatic group practice where, together, we tune our awareness to the deeper currents of intelligence that move through us in hopes of hearing wisdom, guidance, and meaning.

In times of uncertainty, both personal and planetary, sometimes the wisest thing we can do is get quiet and listen. There is a tendency, in the face of discomfort, to try to escape ourselves—to plan, fix, and do more, to project, blame, and cast guilt, to check out, numb out, and withdraw from the world. Oftentimes, however, when we meet our experience head-on, with a quality of curiosity and exploration, something is offered to us from within. An inner intelligence rises up to meet our open awareness, presenting us with unexpected wisdom, guidance, and revelation.
Listening Groups are a space where, together, we choose to slow down, get quiet, and just listen. Rooted in the understanding of the body as an extension of Earth and Cosmos, Eco-Somatic Listening seeks to uncover a deeper intelligence that moves beyond the limitations of personal psychology to perhaps offer us something we might not have discovered on our own.
Groups meet on Tuesdays evenings for one month, where each week we will learn and deepen the practice of Eco-Somatic Listening. Groups are limited to eight people. We will meet in-person in Fairfax.
